Restoration Wellness Treatment Booking Policy: Thank you for choosing Restoration Wellness for your wellness needs. To ensure a smooth booking process and maintain the quality of our services, we have implemented the following policies: Booking and Cancellation: All treatments must be booked in advance through our designated booking channels. To cancel or reschedule a treatment, we require a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: Clients may reschedule their treatment within the 48-hour window, but it must be done before the originally scheduled appointment time. Treatment Availability: Please be aware that treatments are provided on specific days. Ensure you are booking on days when the desired treatment is available. Refer to our schedule for accurate information. Cancellation Inside 48 Hours: Cancellations made within the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds in such cases are at the discretion of Restoration Wellness. Refund Discretion: Restoration Wellness is not guaranteed to refund any cancellations made inside the 48-hour window. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
